Home   Title Division

The Title Division is responsible for issuing titles for all types of vehicles, including watercraft and mobile homes.  We also collect the required taxes and fees. 

In addition to title duties, we process passport applications and issue watercraft registrations at each of the four title offices in our county, which are located in Fairfield, Hamilton, Middletown and West Chester.
